Return & Exchange Policy

At HOUSE OF ACCESSORIES, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, if there is an issue with your order, we offer returns or exchanges strictly under the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed parcel before opening

    • The full unboxing process

    • The condition of the product after unboxing

⚠️ Important:
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after these timelines will not be processed.


4. Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Expired product is delivered

  • Order is incomplete or items are missing


5. Non-Eligible Return / Exchange Cases

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • Product is opened, used, or altered

  • Original box, labels, or accessories are missing

  • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Exchange request is raised after 15 days of delivery


6. Warranty Policy

1-Month Replacement Warranty

  • Covers manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase

  • Product must be in 95% original condition

  • No physical damage, scratches, or cracks

  • Original order receipt or proof is required

1-Year Service Warranty

  • Covers free servicing for manufacturing defects

  • Replacement parts (if required) will be charged

  • Product must not be physically damaged or repaired by unauthorized parties


7. Damaged on Arrival

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video showing damage is mandatory

  • Claims without video proof will not be processed


8. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A verified defect is confirmed

  • Replacement is unavailable

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds cover product price only

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


9. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor performance variations within specifications

  • Missing or invalid proof of purchase


10. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless a defect is verified

  • Approved defect returns will have return shipping covered by HOUSE OF ACCESSORIES


11. Important Notes

  • Products with physical damage, missing accessories, or tampered warranty seals are not eligible

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval

  • Order number or receipt is mandatory for claim processing


12. Agreement

By placing an order with HOUSE OF ACCESSORIES, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy. All decisions made under this policy are final and binding.
